It’s very rare that we get returns as we know how good our products are, If you should wish to return your product please contact us first so we can arrange returns with you
Due to strict Health & Safety guidelines we no longer offer a refund on products that have been opened/used or unsuccessful when taken.
Due to the nature of the supplements we offer they are not always suitable for everyone so therefore we recommend purchasing one of the trial size packs if available.
If you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened products in their original packaging to the returns address below please enclose your order details, name & billing address and we will arrange a replacement.
Lost parcels must be reported within 5 days of the dispatch date we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 10 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address above. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
Additional Returns Information
We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, by recorded delivery to our postal address, and the products will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products.
We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. Please ensure you receive a Proof of Postage from the relevant Postal service you use.
